Interview
Structured and around real-world issues instead of hypothetical ones. The interview was one of the best I've ever had. I found the interviewers friendly, competent and exhibiting great values. I felt very relaxed and at ease.

Interview
The first round is a nice chat about your experiences and agile. The second round is with the hiring manager. It's about fitting into the team. Unfortunately, the offer was not negotiable in my case, but I have heard of people who have succeeded.
