Applied online and within a few days received a phone call from one of their HR Consultants who asked questions around motivational fit, salary expectations and whether I'd had any holidays booked. At the time of the phone call, was invited to participate in a group activity plus interview at their assessment centre the following week. At the assessment centre, 4 managers were present to assess the performance of approx 6 candidates who were present for the following: 1) Rundown of company history and what CTP insurance is 2) Group activity involving a CTP case study - looking at how the participants in the group interact with each other and whether they'd identified issues that need further investigation. One person in the group then presented the outcome of the activity 3) Then each of the candidates underwent behavioural interviews in separate quiet rooms. (STAR = Situation, Task, Action & Result, candidate expected to provide examples to each question using the STAR process)
