Competency based questions. the interviewers were easy going and friendly. The first round was aptitude tests which was followed by phone screening. Then the final round was interview. The questions were general and were based on the essential skills written in the job spec which were to be supported by examples. The experience was good . I was nervous initially but then the interview panel eased me into the interview. I ensured that I was focusing on both the interviewers and not just one of them. They were smiling at me through out the interview.
