Interview
The interview was somewhat casual, as I had been referred by a friend to the owner of the company. The owner initially interviewed me as I had been working for a competitor of his. Then he brought me in to meet with his office manager.

One question that should have been a red flag to me was about how my prior employer was handling their business. That should have warnted me that this company had zero ethics.
