Very thorough. Explained the role with many details. Helped to prep for the interview and made sure there were no surprises. Support was excellent. Overall a very positive experience. I do not feel that Allied was your typical staffing company. They truly cared whether the role was right for you and did not try and make me fit into a role that was not for me.
