Interview
Hiring and interview process was straight forward and based on "fit" more than anything. This is due to the small size of the team, and could be specific to certain locations. Previous knowledge of the job description was highly desirable, but I found out later they would be willing to train the right individual.

As this job requires a security clearance you must be able to pass a background check. This is here in order to fill the need to submit this review as no real difficult questions were asked, again this was more about fit.
