Not a friendly experience from both dev team and receptionists. Decided 5mins into interview that I wouldn't want to work with these people. Not an interview but an interrogation. One interviewer was a nice guy but he didn't make up for the others.

Only have 2 stages:
1. It's a on-site interview, including written examination and talk with supervisor.
2. Wait phone call to get result.
3. Sent you the offer and you have about 30 days consideration time.
