There is a multiple step interview process. The initial step is a Pre-screen phone interview. Next is the Peer screening and the final step is the Panel Interview, where each candidate was asked to create a 30-60-90 day presentation that outlines your plan over the probationary time frame.

Is a normal interview like anywhere else, first they will schedule an appointment for you, second you have to dress casual, also you have to make sure you on time.

Allied through indeed, received messages to answer questions and a link to do a one way video interview. 8 questions you record a response to each one. Received a message to pick a time for a phone interview and they called to schedule an in person interview instead.

Applied on AUS website. Got a call the next day from a site manager who had me in for an interview the next day. Standard interview asking about why I chose security, my experience, and "tell me about yourself" (I have no prior experience working a security position). Manager had another employee give me a tour and rundown of the essential functions. Very down to earth and friendly manager. The next week I was sent to 3 days of classes. At the end there's a very easy test as well as a drug test. The whole process took about a week. So far everyone I've interacted with from Allied Universal has been very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to.

They ask you questions similar to the video interview or sometimes just say “tell me about your self”. They tell you about the job and ask if you any questions for them.

There was no interview talk about the job the shift and the pay. If you get an interview then you are hired. The interviewer was very very nice. Very laid back

No interview besides going in and talking to an account manager. If they are really in need for people you will already have a position before completing the whole hiring process. Other times you will get a post right after orientation.

HR rep poorly coordinated timing and communicated the wrong role information. Actual interview was conversational with no problems. Interview ended with next steps conversation which never came to fruition and zero communication.
