Short and casual conversation over coffee. Employer wanted to know about the knowledge i had on phones and how I would handle a customer that was undecided and didn’t know what they wanted.
The setting was casual and relaxed.

Face to face interview with the manager at the branch. Discussed motivation, drivers, previous sales experience, ambitions and targets. The manager explained the operating philosophy of the branch and asked my opinion and whether I had any suggestions for improvement.
