The interview was conducted in a serious and professional manner, while still maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The interviewer was receptive to diversity, especially considering that I am not from Germany. We discussed my overall experience in Design and technology, and later focused on specific skills required for the job. At the end of the interview, I received feedback highlighting my positive attributes. However, I was informed that I did not meet all the requirements for the position.

An innovative company with exciting tasks. Interview- online questions were fairly straightforward. Was a very smooth interview process. The first interview was on the phone then I had an interesting task. They had an innovative business. The manager was very kind.

I first had a phone call in which I was asked basic motivational questions such as “why are you interested in joining allymatch?”. Then I received a task, after which we had a video call. Finally, an in-person interview at the office in Mainz.
