A great interview process with a great company. I reached the final round but didn't secure the offer. They were transparent about the process. My advice is to know your story and be prepared to dive deep with the take-home assignment to show your understanding of the mental health industry. The behavioral interviews are geared to see if you're a good cultural fit and cross-collaborative partner.
