In person, 4 different interviewers. They ask questions based on your background, in comparison to situation based questions. The interviewer is pretty relaxed. Each interviewer is in the room for about 25-30 minutes.

Summarize your CV, some questions followed by scenarios then a chance to ask your own questions. The interview was conducted by 2 managers. It was over within 30 minutes so job prospects are probably not great
