General Manager interview was about 20 minutes and it was base on my experience in the hospitality industry initially after that we talked about my previous employees and the reason why I'm leaving my current hotel. Finally we talk about my myself and what values I can add to the new hotel and team. We also talked about my expectations for the in short and long term.

I interviewed with the AGM. He asked me a list of questions he had printed out. It was very personable and a good experience. Thumbs up from me. The entire interview lasted about 15 minutes.
