She took my documents asked me ten questions involving scenarios on the job I then was instructed to complete an online test for personality and I believe some common sense. Aftward I went for a drug screening to which I passed and was sent on to be hired at alorica. I now work there part time as I see fit not a gresat job but it paid some bills I owe it all to glass door.com

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
