The hiring process was quick, was called 2-3 days after applying for an interview. Typing test is apart of the hiring process must pass in order to move forward. There’s a first and second interview, in my case I was able to do both on the same day.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alorica (El Paso, TX) in Oct 2011
Interview
There are several items to be completed.
A computer generated Resume is to be filled out on site.
The computer based resume also entails a Personality Test where passing is a requirement in order to score an interview.
After the computer generated resume and personality test one is routed to Human Resources for a personal Interview. In this the candidate will also be screened for work availability and fit within the position applied to.
After the human resources deems the individual to be a fit in the company, one is invited to a group interview, with at least one upper management employee at the center applied to.
One must be ready to leave all hesitations behind and show sales capabilities in front of others immediately.

The interview process was your capabilities to pass their test online multiple test actully that you are indeed timed on. You are in a room with a bunch of other applicants trying to pass the tests and they try to have it at a fast pace because they need so many in so little time. If you pass you're hired and you choose your training and schedule

Group interview rather uncomfortable. Interviewers had less experience than most people being interviewed. You can get hired the same day. They give an Oral swab drug test that day
