Typical process. Phone interview then come in and do a presentation. The first time I didn't get the job. But, they called me several months later and asked me to come back and do another presentation because another position opened up. This time I got the job,

How do you handle disciplinary issues? This should have been a red flag. Operations training in this company is like training junior high and high schoolers who do not know how to behave. You spend more time disciplining people than training them. As a result, training in this company is extremely stressful to say the least.
