When you arrive you will take several evaluations. Some will be technical, while others will be centered on the customer experience. You will wait for an initial interview with someone in the recruiting department. That part is pretty pleasant and standard interview material. The next part is where you wait for a hiring manager to come see you. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on day one, because my circumstances were a little odd. The process took 3 hours and ended with me rescheduling for JUST an interview with the BJ's hiring manager. So, I come back on Monday to do the interview with the BJ's hiring manager. After close to an hour and a half of the recruiting staff telling me they are trying to get the hiring manager from a suite that was about 50 feet from the recruiting office, a man comes in who I have seen pass the office at least 5 times since I arrived. He holds out his hand an greets me... and then says he is going to get the hiring manager. He comes back 5 minutes later and says he will do the interview himself. The interview with him goes well. They offer me the position after having me talk with a senior rep.
