pretty easy interview process. just one interview and no technical question at all. Like they are there with mindset of hiring you. Just ask for availability and you will be good to join from noonday
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
tell me about current job and what does current employer think about you
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alorica (Magna, UT) in Dec 2012
Interview
One online application, one phone call to verify application status, was called in the next week. Was given extremely easy tech support test, passed and was accepted on the spot. Previous knowledge of work ethic and hiring process (family members had worked here before) made me feel very prepared and secure that it would be a good working relationship. Even so, was surprised at speed and ease of process.
