I applied online with my resume at 10pm Thursday and received a call at 9am Friday the next day to come in for an interview Monday. The process wad very smooth everyone was extremely nice to me. I had 3 parts to complete: computer assessment, in person interview #1, interview #2. After my second interview i had to scan my id's and signed my employment papers. It was REALLY easy. I also had to to a urine test that day.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
