I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2015
Interview
Phone interview; interviewer stated salary requirements right from the beginning. The salary seemed low to me. The salary for a Senior level AM at Alorica was 45K to 50K which is the salary range for an entry level Account Manager in Omaha. A similar position that I was in paid 60K to 70K with other perks. Very low salary for senior level requirements with no added benefits like RSU's etc--bonus package was never mentioned.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alorica (New York, NY) in Sept 2019
Interview
I arrived 15 minutes prior to my interview, which was at 1pm. I wasn't actually interviewed until after 2:30. I passed the computer test instructed to take.
Had my first interview, was given the job offer to the next step. Had the second interview, went well. 2nd person who interviewed me told me to sit at the front to get my badge picture done and fill out new hire information. In the midst of about to take my picture, the lady who interviewed me first and pulled me into the office. She informed me she couldn't get in contact with her manager due to them being in meetings. She instructed me to go home and wait for her phone call for further instructions. I woke up the next morning to a email saying the job offer was taken from me, with no clear explanation of why. What kind of company gives you and offer , has you do all needed new hire process, then take the offer from you? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
