basic, standard, questions like why would you like to work here, and do you have prior call center experience. Online basic testing and paperwork completion. Same day drug screen. Limited training class times. Pay scale was surprisingly low but hiring bonus and no clarification on being hired for higher pay with more experience. No, you start at this. I almost walked out the door.

It was fairly easy they take you to do a typing taste and once you pass they’ll set you up for an interview with a hiring manager. Questions were fairly simple and easy once you’re done they’ll make you do some computer work for the hiring process.
