A guy called Ian Roberts calls on skype and hires. He just asks about your past marketing experience. They do not intentionally talk about your pay. No matter what you say they'll hire you.

I was a registered freelancer as well as with the employer Ian Roberts w/ Alpha Deal Group. I was one among the freelancers picked to work for him. As an employer, he conducts interview via skype but with limited information not knowing that he will be disbanded from the platform because of financial, integrity issues.
