Interview
Video interview consisted of three competency type questions. Telephone interview had more competency and a problem question. The overall process is fairly straightforward - online application, video inrerview, telephone interview and then Assessment centre.
Initial interview and then an assessment centre, the interview was mainly behavioural to better understand my motivations for joining the graduate program. Interview difficulty - definitely more relaxed and the interviewer was very friendly and interested

Interview
The process was straightforward and simple. An online assessment, a one way video interview, a one to one video interview and finally an assessment centre. Overall staff are friendly and the final rounds are a chance to learn more about the firm and the role.

Assessment centre had a group task relating to being stranded on a desert island. Competency interview with a manager and then a case study task/presentation about recommending systems to an asset management client.
