Interview
Entire process (2 rounds of interview) took 3 weeks. And after getting shortlisted they started doing verification i.e. an email from your current employer ( please note without offer letter and without any salary negotiable) . Once the varification (email and documention and salary confirmation) is done they discussed joining dates and everything is confirmed and was supposed to get the offer letter in half an hour right than I was informed that your application has been put on hold. And the very second day I see a fresh post on LinkedIn for the same position. So all the negative reviews here on this portal are turned out to be true. Join only if you are desperate.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alpha Nodus
Interview
There were three rounds written, technical interview and HR round. Basic Quant and Reasoning questions. The technical interview was based upon your area of expertise. The final round was HR round that was salary discussion and about the work culture and the company
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alpha Nodus (Austin, TX) in Sept 2019
Interview
I applied online and was asked to complete an online test, which I did not attempt. I was contacted for a phone interview by the CEO. During the interview it was repeatedly stressed that this is a low paying job that requires a tremendous number of work hours.
The CEO stated that he specializes in creating and selling companies, so I assume the goal here is to quickly build up and sell this new company. The description of the position sounded more like that of a project manager.
