Interview
I finished the video interview which took a large amount of time. They only gave me one technical interview time option that was a month away despite a recruiter reaching out to me. They posted exact same job posting on multiple websites almost daily. It seemed to me that either they wanted to appear like they were constantly hiring or they had a high turnover rate. I decided to not continue with the interview process after seeing the employee reviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaBrook (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
Very strange process. The first interview was short, with just a few questions. Had to screenshare and do a typing test for the interviewer (what year is it?).
Second interview consisted of pretending to call a government employee to get information about an upcoming RFP. Then had to write a one page summary to share back with the interviewer. Felt like a high school project.
The questions being asked were vague and I felt that in the end, I still didn’t understand what I was doing or what the expectations were. I tried to clarify some thing by asking the recruiter but either they didn’t know the answer or would redirect the question, it was a bit frustrating.

Question 1
Before anything, they ask you if you’re comfortable with their salary range which I like the transparency. I’m not too sure if there’s room there for negotiation but they do express that there are many research analysts who gain bonuses. If this has to do with commissions, as others have stated, she did not mention.
