The process consisted of 4 stages of one to one interviews with people of varying seniority within the team and a final hour long panel task.
They rushed me through the first 4 stages and seemed really excited to get me through the process, all of the conversations went well until the task. Questions were asked about their product that I couldn't possibly be expected to know and despite it only being a 15 minute presentation the group seemed shocked that I hadn't read all of the client case studies on their website, despite knowing full well I had a full time job. After the final stage I followed up not once, not twice but three times with the two members of the people team who guided me through the process but they didn't even have the decency to respond and let me know I hadn't got the job, let alone provide feedback. Frankly disrespectful and no way to treat someone who put in significant effort to interview with your firm.
I'd think twice before investing in an organisation who can't even be bothered to send a simple three word rejection email.
