HR called for an opening and took a phoneic interview through call. For the next round I had to submit a essay/letter as to why I suitable for the role. Third round was manegerial round which went for 1 hour. Fourth round was senior manager round which again went for 1 hour. The manager and HR both were super responsive and poilte. However the 3rd round was weird, the interviewer was non-indian but had less exp than me. He was very novice and was not really ready for taking responsibility of interviews, he lacked exp. Still he was poilte and made me feel comfortable. After the rejection email I even got a rating email for the interviewers which was good to see as orgs usally don't send such emails. Overall it was a positive exp.
