Alphatec Spine Trade Show Specialist interview questions

Had phone screening and interview went great. Was told I would hear back within a week or two. Sent multiple follow up e-mails and never heard back. Terrible way to do business. Communicate with the interviewee and if not selected for the job, be open and honest and just tell the person instead of "ghosting" them.
