Unprofessional interview process. The interviewers asked personal, non-job-related questions, and at times the tone felt dismissive and disrespectful. They made jokes and laughed at my responses. In my experience, the process felt unprofessional - more like an interrogation than an interview. The company should invest in training on respectful, competency-based interviewing and focus on job-related questions. It’s 2025, and candidates deserve basic respect.
