You have to jump through a lot of hoops for what I suspect is low pay relative to what you have to go through. Personality test, IQ test, respond to several Google Docs questions...and this is all before you ever speak to anyone. If you pass all of this, you schedule a time to speak to HR for 15-20 minutes, which is kind of weird (there is probably someone more familiar with the job for you to interview with). I think I mostly got eliminated based on the IQ test and having to tell them salary expectations without their being transparent about their range, but I do think I could have answered some questions better to emphasize what I’ve done that is similar to what their job would be.
