I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter, who scheduled a call about a week later. About a week and a half after that, I had a brief 10-minute video interview. The questions were minimal—mostly whether I was comfortable with the population and a quick review of my background—before they told me they were interviewing other candidates and would follow up within a week. They never did. For an organization that claims to value people, it’s disappointing to experience such a lack of courtesy and follow-through. Years ago, a family member sought services from them and was met with rudeness from the staff. Sadly, it seems little has changed. Update: I see that they keep reposting the job, really sad as it seems to be a ghost job. Very disappointing behavior.
