Called for an interview at a store, talk with D.M. who doesn't use any kind of format when interviewing. Was told your look is important and that even though they may not ask to wear brand it's expected. Not personalble at all. There is no H.R. department to help and there is no effective communication from the D.M.

I had 2 interviews before being ghosted. I had been in communication with the company off and on for months. I had 2 interviews the 1st being a simple phone screening and the 2nd a zoom call. Everything seemed to go well, I was told I should have an answer in 2 weeks. 6 weeks later they never followed up or answered my calls or emails.

There were overall two interview processes I went through. One through zoom and one in person. With two district managers one being operations and the other being visual. Both interviews were the same thing they want to get to know you then talk about your retail history. Hour hour and half each

Went through 2 phone interviews. First with recruiter and then with the District Manager. After the 2nd interview the DM said she would be back in touch. I never heard back from her.
