The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an initial screening with HR, where basic questions about my background and experience were discussed. After that, I had a technical interview focused on accounting knowledge and some practical scenarios related to the role. In the final stage, I spoke with the hiring manager, who asked more detailed questions about my skills, experience, and how I handle work situations. Overall, the process was clear, efficient, and the communication was good throughout all stages.

Brief phone call with HR followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers.
HR asked about my CV and my experience, the hiring managers focused more on the role itself and asked for specific examples of situations based on prior experiences.
Easy interview process, there was a screening interview and a panel interview of four people. It wasn’t hard as they only asked pretty basic accounting questions. Most of the questions were about culture fit.
It was about an hour long. It was a hard interview, lots of tough technical accounting questions. I wasn't really prepared and the interviewer didn't seem to want to go easy on me.
