I had a video call with the recruitment teameto discuss the role and my skills/ experience. They promised feedback within a few days but ghosted me instead. I never did hear back from them, even after sending an email to chase!

I completed two interview rounds for a Risk & Monitoring role. The interviews were relevant and the conversations with the team were fine.
After the second interview, communication stopped completely. I followed up but never received any update or outcome.
Overall, the process lacked basic professionalism and proper candidate communication. Not responding after multiple interview stages is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hiring process.
