The communication to get to the interview was good and the people were nice. But, because of what is going on with COVID I thought that they would have better protocols in place, there were people walking around the office with no masks on. The lady who was interviewing me had a mask on when she came and got me from the waiting room but promptly took it off once we stepped into the interview room. I later learned that makes were not required they were only encouraged and that they couldn't require people to wear the masks because of breathing problems such as asthma ( which is a load of crap). They also had 100% staff in the offices with no remote choice. I was told this was because of HIPA but that is also a load of crap because I have multiple friends who work in the medical industry who are currently working from home. Upon asking her some questions about why she liked to be there, her answers were very scripted and not personal at all. When I asked her what type of person they were looking for to fill this position the first thing out of her mouth was they needed to have common sense. Heres to say I was very unhappy with what they had to offer because they were putting me at a health risk and didn't want to divulge any true reason I should be with their company besides the growth was quick and you have to work hard. When I asked her what the most challenging part of the job was she said to always bring your best self and get the job done even if you don't feel good or are having a bad day which was 50 files a day. This company was not for me, even if I get an offer I will not be accepting it. Stay far away from this company if you know what good for you.
