Altonomy interview questions

Interviewer was a some kid who knew nothing about trading who just had to write a report. I couldnt remember one performance metric during a 2am call and they just focused on that and made some rather ridiculous feedback on that. Overall incompetent and unconvincing. Very dubious about this firm. Looked like they are sieving the market for trading ideas or get free IP.
