Phone interview was okay but panel interview looked disorganized and tone sounded condescending. I get that there is a turnover but it just seems as if there is lack of scope for growth and development. Interview felt robotic no offense.
VP sounded condescending and rude in nature, saying that he's got to attend another phone call and disconnected in 20 minutes.

They asked analytical chemistry based experience such as HPLC, NMR, etc. Work-ethic based questions which sounded plainly robotic.
