I interviewed with Sheridan Healthcare through a redirecting agency. They hired someone, that person left they needed to fill it, at first was ASAP, turned out differently.
The entire process was horrid. The office was a mess, and I interviewed in what look like a storage room. But ignoring the environment and my first impression, they were worried about my blue suede shoes and no jacket.
They spent two weeks out of the office, ignoring recruiters, held me by a string while they "viewed other applicants". Instead of just saying no and letting me move on with my life they kept appearing interested.
Long story short after almost a month and a half of waiting they called my last employer without letting me know to get information about me. I'm glad the dude they called said good things about me, but he called me to warn me about the hell I was going to be put through.
The position is for a Level 3 Support position which apparently handles all in bound calls. Level 2 does desktop support and level 1? Backwards and absurd. Because they didn't want to pay me my rate and believe I would stay they went with someone else.
Completely fine. God was with me on this one.
