At first I went through a phone interview and it went well. It was informational and the employee asked the usual questions, “tell me about yourself, your background, why I wanted the job”. Then I went in for a face to face interview and it went really well. Talked to two different employees, asked more detailed questions specifically to the job description and role. After I was done, they said I would probably have to come back in to meet with a few others and I would hear from them soon. After two weeks of silence and then multiple emails and phone call attempts no one contacted me at all. Did not bother to say I didn’t get the position or anything. Truly upsetting because I thought so highly of the company going in and now all I think of when someone says Amtrust is this.
