Interview
Described what my job duties were, safety movies, meet everyone in each department, discuss pay, and walk through the faucilty.talked about benefits, holiday and vacation pay, discuss work schedule and which day you have to work for overtime,
Pretty heavy phone screening and dependent on the person interviewing. The motivation is to hire top talent however not certain if the process used supports this goal. Also not aligned over number of departments. Not sure if there is any coordination overall.
