Before the interview, I had to write an essay asking a scenario and how would you handle it. During the interview, the manager asked to introduce yourself, the strength/weakness, and other typical questions.

all goods. but you need to have basic knowledge in banking. need to do research regarding banking and the company as well. you need to know how to handle customer at frontline. there will be mock customer assistant also
