Applied via Indeed and got invited for an interview after a few days.
When I arrived at their office, they let me sit in the receptionist’s area and fill out the application form. Apparently, they do not have a holding room for the job applicants. I just sat there in the open, with their employees busying about and eating their early lunch, while music is blasting from an overhead speaker.
I was then called for a briefing about the position and a trial. The lady who administered the test was nice because she gave me more time to answer it.
After the trial, I was called for the interview. Questions were pretty basic. Though, there were a lot of behavioral questions like your work ethic. The time was mostly spent discussing the job specifics as if the interviewer is selling me the position.
Like most companies, I find them unprofessional as they don’t inform applicants whether they are accepted or not. They just leave them hanging.
