AmeriTech Staffing interview questions

You meet with the Account Manager who has never worked as a Recruiter before. You also interview with one or both of the owners. The Vice President will talk for hours about everything but your experience for the job. He will also try to "save you" and make sure you know Jesus!!

The process was okay. You walk in or set up an appointment to speak with someone. While you wait your basically filling out you resume again. Once they call your name you go with the recruiter and they go over your resume. They then figure out what your qualified for and find any openings. If there is an opening, you do standard hiring paperwork. Then they send you to a drug clinic. You then wait for a call back on when you'll be starting if your drug screen comes back negative.
