Interview was split into three standard sections: company description, qualifications, and personality match. During the interview, the position was described in depth about what kinds of projects one would expect to work on, the support structure available for new employees, and how long the contract phase would last before a full time position offer was considered (for me it was a 90 day contract period where I was assessed to see how fast I could learn, adapt, and contribute to the team). Bringing in or showing examples of work that related to the job description was very helpful.
