Recruiter contacted me with a job description and options for shifts available, then arranged a first interview. It went really well, and the manager seemed excited to move me to the next stage after asking questions about my sales background, answering my questions about support and balance, and confirming my requested shift available. The second interview went fantastic also. She dug a little deeper into my sales background, answered some of my more challenging questions, and I left eager and excited to get a call with an offer. The managers seem like great leaders, the environment is welcoming for success, and the role would have been very satisfying to someone with my passions. To my disappointment and surprise, the offer came with a different shift available that I was unable to integrate into my schedule. I was unable to accept the offer with that change, and asked that they keep my resume for future openings. I recommended they update their needs with the recruiter and provide more transparency during the interview process of the hours they need to fill for the call center. I am still hoping to receive a call in the near future with an opportunity to be a part of the team.

Had 3 separate interviews none of which were with the person I thought I was meeting with. However the people I interviewed with were very professional and interviews were done in a timely manor
