Application was simple. I was contacted a little over a month after applying to set up a phone screen interview. The phone screen interview went great in my opinion, even if I word-vomited a little bit. She told me about the role for 15 minutes and then she asked me some questions and we talked for about 15 minutes. I was contacted about a week later to participate in a Zoom interview. I scheduled our Zoom meeting but I did have to reschedule a few hours beforehand due to being pulled into meetings for my current job. The Zoom interview went fine as well, but felt like I did word vomit a little bit more lol. It was her and her supervisor on the call. From the way they made it sound, they were trying to pick someone very quickly to fill the spot within a few weeks, so I thought I would hear back pretty soon. I emailed about an hour after the interview and thanked them for their time and all that. A week later, I emailed and asked if there were any updates. I heard nothing. I waited for another week and decided to email again. 10 minutes after sending that email, I got an automated rejection email from their basic company email. It was like she had forgotten to let me know or she was waiting to see if I didn't email again. Just kind of frustrating overall.
