Really boring, really bland and really basic for a college job. It helps to have some work experience outside of just school but if you dont you are not really penalized for it so just apply and expect to be ask alot about your personal life.

First round is a group interview with team building activities, then invite-only individual behavioral interview asking questions about the position. 20 minutes individual interview with 10 minutes for your questions.

very easy behavioral questions and a team behavioral event before the "Superday" to see how you work in a group. got told 2 days later that i got the job
Typically a group interview process followed by an individual interview depending on the amount of applicants and if/when you get through the group stage. Group interview will typically be an activity created by the property management, and the individual interview will be a standard Q&A interview
