      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself and what makes you different from other candidates. • Why are you shifting from a technical background to a non-technical/staffing role? • How would you handle a rude client or candidate on a call? • If you miss your target or deadline, how would you deal with the situation? • Topic-based speaking question (example: “Everything is not black and white” / “Role of AI in our industry”) to test communication and critical thinking.
