Interview
Like 12 hours of work for the interview process, only to be pumped for solutions to their problems for 90 minutes in the final interview then summarily rejected based on info unambiguously presented on my resume. An insulting waste of my time.

Interview
Applied for the entry level position through Indeed.com. Was contacted within a week's time to set up a phone interview. Very polite and professional during the interview. Questions were mostly behavioral (What makes you a suitable candidate? What qualities do you posses that makes you stand out from the rest? etc) Was contacted within three business days to set up a second interview. The representative was very polite, answered any questions I had with patience and ease.
