I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Monroe, MI) in Jun 2016
Interview
They are hiring for summer; if you need a summer job make sure you put your application in around mid April-May.... Took over a month to get an interview because of timing. Make sure to be social when you enter the store, throughout, and when you leave. Be prepared for questions like
"How would you describe your style?", "Tell me about a time when you were... (In a competition, needed to do an important task quickly/how did you do it)", "what has been your best ever customer service?". If you cant think of an answer make a scenario to help you answer the question rather than say "I don't know".

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
